Small businesses represent 99.9% of all companies, yet they're still forced to choose between clunky, outdated enterprise phone systems or their personal phones. This multi-billion dollar market has been overlooked for decades, left to cobble together solutions that slow them down instead of helping them grow.
Quo is changing that. We bring calls, texts, and customer information together into one easy-to-use, AI-powered platform. We’re not just building a phone system. We’re setting a new standard for how businesses connect with their customers.
Driven by our values, we move fast, build with determination, and obsess over delivering value to the businesses that have been underserved for far too long.
Today, Quo is trusted by more than 90,000 companies and rated #1 in customer satisfaction on G2. We’re backed by Y Combinator, Tiger Global, Craft Ventures, Slow Ventures, and other top-tier investors. It’s safe to say we’re onto something big.

About the role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to help scale our digital acquisition engine across paid search, paid social, YouTube, display, remarketing, and performance-based affiliate partnerships. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in efficiently acquiring high-quality customers through smart channel strategy, rigorous execution, and continuous optimization.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Paid Growth, you’ll partner closely with Growth Marketing, Creative, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and agency partners to launch campaigns, test new ideas, and continuously improve performance. You’ll own meaningful budget, move quickly, and help shape how our digital programs evolve in our next phase of growth.
This role is ideal for someone who loves being both strategic and hands-on. You’re comfortable diving into platforms directly while guiding agency execution and holding programs accountable for results. If you’re energized by experimentation, creative testing, and scaling programs that drive real business impact, we’d love to meet you.

Some of the things you’ll do:

  • Own performance outcomes across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), paid social, remarketing, and affiliate programs.
  • Manage campaign strategy and execution, including budgets, bidding, audiences, creative testing, and landing page/funnel optimization.
  • Build and execute structured testing roadmaps to continuously improve performance.
  • Partner with Creative teams to shape messaging and formats based on performance insights.
  • Partner with agency teams where applicable while maintaining hands-on platform expertise and holding partners accountable to performance goals.
  • Launch and scale existing campaigns, audiences, and acquisition tactics while testing new platforms and formats to keep the program evolving.
  • Partner with Data and Marketing Ops to ensure accurate measurement and reporting.
  • Share performance insights and recommendations to guide investment decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Growth Marketing, and Revenue teams to align acquisition campaigns with broader go-to-market priorities.

About you

  • 6+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with experience scaling acquisition while managing to strict CAC and payback targets.
  • Data-obsessed operator who continuously improves performance through testing and optimization.
  • Experience owning and managing significant paid media budgets, confidently making allocation and pacing decisions to hit CAC and growth targets.
  • Deep hands-on experience across Google Ads and paid social platforms such as Meta, Reddit, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience managing and negotiating performance-based (PPL/PPC) affiliate partnerships.
  • Comfortable operating hands-on in-platform while also leading strategy and performance through agency partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into clear action.
  • Experience running structured creative and audience testing programs.
  • Deep understanding of marketing attribution (MMM/MTA) and funnel performance to guide spend and optimization decisions.

  • Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills.
