Force-multiplier to the CEO — driving strategy, operations, and special projects across the company.
As Chief of Staff, you'll work side-by-side with the CEO to set priorities, run the operating cadence, and unblock teams. You'll move fluidly between strategic planning, fundraising support, hiring, and day-to-day execution.

What You'll Do
Own the company's operating cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly reviews)
Prepare board, investor, and all-hands materials
Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
Track OKRs and surface risks early
What We're Looking For
5+ years in operations, consulting, banking, or an early-stage startup
Exceptional written and verbal communication
High judgment and discretion with confidential information
Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
